Why do we race?
We race at all levels of competition for two reasons. Both are equally riveting and yet couldn’t be more different.
First. We race because it is, without a doubt, the toughest level of testing our product will ever endure. From grass roots amateurs to celebrated MotoGP teams, no one can heat up, bang up, bend, or push performance to the limit, like a racer can. As new ideas drive innovation forward, racing remains the crucible that turns figments into facts.
Second but, no less important, is the shameless truth that we love racing. Whether you’ve supported a rider for only a week or been a core part of their racing dream for years, there is no greater reward than being part of the team at those moment when it matters most. Seeing a rider, make it to the main event for the first time. Watching a champion climb the podium for the last time. Preparing a machine that puts a rising star on the pole. Or just seeing the big grin of an amateur competitor happy to come back in one piece. These are the moments that continue to drive us back to tracks big and small year after year.
A passion for further development of our product allows us the peace of mind to step outside of our office and support riders in every discipline, every weekend. Love of racing drives us to join the fray, roll up our sleeves, and become more than just employees. Racing involvement allows us to be participants rather than just spectators to great acts of daring and sport. There is no greater reward to a hard days work than that.
We race because we must. It is crucial for development, testing, refinement and our own identity. It is, as a company, who and what we are. We are simply people and product striving to help you go faster.
