LeoVince USA Introduces 2008 Kawasaki ZX-6R Full System
Features Radical Autoclaved Carbon Fiber Canister
Richmond, CA- LeoVince’s SBK Factory racing full system for the new Kawasaki ZX-6R provides substantial weight savings, increased horsepower and an exotic high-end appearance. LeoVince utilized a special autoclave process to create unique carbon fiber canister shape. It includes an internal “z-pipe” engineered to create proper pipe volume for maximum performance and allows the canister to fit perfectly under the stock tail section.
The full system is constructed with a TIG-welded stainless steel AISI 304 header section leading to a special titanium mid-pipe and carbon fiber canister. Every SBK system is engineered to provide specific power increases where needed throughout the rev range. While other makers use of just a few canister designs to fit the wide range of motorcycles, LeoVince uses more than 400. It is designed to run at peak efficiency with stock fuel injection settings. The system is already in use by the Attack Kawasaki Formula Xtreme team that went 1-2 at this year's Daytona 200.
All LeoVince SBK systems are the result of our experience acquired on world-class competition circuits. LeoVince supports teams competing in MotoGP, World Superbike and Supersport, MX1 and MX2 Motocross, World Enduro and Supermoto. LeoVince's commitment to racing in the U.S. includes teams in AMA Superbike, Formula Extreme (Attack Kawasaki, Ducati/Larry Pegram), Supercross, Outdoor MX, Supermoto and Grand National Flat Track.
