Paul Whibley Wins The 2009 GNCC Championship
LeoVince-sponsored rider brings home 2009 OMA and GNCC Titles
Crawfordsville, IN- LeoVince-sponsored rider Paul Whibley was crowned the 2009 GNCC Champion after outstanding performances all year long. Going into the final round of the GNCC series, Whibley had already secured the OMA title in a dominating performance. Leading the series by 23 points, Whibley needed to finish within the top 13 riders to secure the championship.
After a safe start, Whibley slowly picked off riders in the field from mid-pack. At the checkered flag Whibley finished in fourth place, securing the championship with room to spare. This is Whibley's first GNCC championship after coming in second place in 2008.
